1. How long have you been in business?
We are in business since 1988. Regardless if you are a small business, medium-sized or large corporation or if you just need a private website, we are here to help.

3. Do I have access to the tech support center 24 hours 7 days a week?
Yes our technical support center is open 24 hours 7 days a week to provide service for our customer round the clock. You can receive Help desk service from our 24 / 7 available customer support team for immediate problem resolution.
4. How long does it take for my account to be setup after signing up?
If you already have a registered domain, your account will be setup immediately after sign-up. You will receive an account information email within 2 hours after signing-up. If you are registering a new domain, it will take up to 48 hours for your domain to be prepared. Should you not receive an initial email from us immediately after you sign up you need to contact us.
5. Do you offer web designing, maintenance and programming services?
We currently offer three predefined web design packages: The Business package (up to 5 pages) is recommended for personal or small business websites, the Deluxe package (up to 10 pages) is ideal for medium business websites and the Ecommerce package (up to 20 pages) is a must for every online business.
Our highly skilled web design team will create a website for you based on your requirements. After placing a web design order we assign a project coordinator who will handle all the communication for you and make sure the designers understand and implement your needs correctly. The packages include several extra features for free such as an email inquiry form, a guestbook, a calendar or even an online forum.
7. Do you resell your services?
Netplus runs its own servers located in data centers in the USA .
